Organisational Culture

An Organisational Culture survey can effectively monitor the state of your company's psychological contract with its employees. It is a valuable tool which allows your employees to express their views and opinions on a range of issues. Research has shown that a companies culture has a direct effect on performance.

Managers can monitor employee morale and motivation enabling action to be taken before problems arise. Climate surveys are of particular use when your company is involved in change initiatives.

By understanding your employees' views about working in your company you can reduce staff turnover and use the benefits to attract future employees. Selection of items
We discuss the topics of the Climate Survey with your Senior Managers to analyse particular aspects of your organisation. You could also select from our database of items that have been developed to show the health of your organisation. These can be used for benchmarking against results from other companies.

Piloting
Once the items have been chosen we pilot the whole questionnaire to ensure the process runs smoothly and gives a accurate representation of employee's views.

Presentation of Results
Following analysis of the data we produce a full report outlining the results and indicating employees 'perception of the benefits and problems of working for your company These results can also be given as a presentation to senior managers and in a shortened form for the staff journal.
